SUMMARY: A particularly dark tale. Not for the faint of heart. He was the all-powerful Magistrate Mathis. The man that accused the witches and then found them guilty in the dungeons of WitchFall Fortress. I had feared ever being one of them, but not enough not to be determined to figure out why he didn't seem to be what he was. So I followed him into the woods one day and discovered the one secret he was willing to wreak havoc to keep. The secret he'd make me pay for ever knowing. And if he couldn't have me on my terms, well he was certainly powerful enough to find a way, wasn't he? The most horrible kind of way... Barely understanding what was happening I soon found myself in the worst place I could possibly be. And under his complete control... TEASER: A wave of power coursed over me and I suddenly wanted to curl into a ball. His fury was like being caught in a whirlwind. I felt like I couldn't breathe. He shoved me back against a tree and caught my chin. "You think you're a clever girl but let me be very clear. You open this pretty mouth of yours..." He trailed a thumb roughly over my lips. Dragging over the bottom one. "Not only will I have you thrown in WitchFall, but everyone you care about." My eyes narrowed on him. "Are you threatening me?" "You've no idea." He scoffed. "The things I'd do to one as pretty as you, would give you nightmares." "I know what you are! I'll tell everyone!" He ripped the neckline of my dress completely on the right side. Baring my entire breast and part of my ribcage. His callused hand scooped the weight of it. Molding it against me as he felt its shape. His thumb running across the pink nipple sent vibrations pulsing through me. He was rolling his hips against my thigh methodically. In a way I knew mimicked what he'd do if he could get inside me. I can't let him. I thought determinedly. "It matters little if you think you'll let me or not." He said dryly. Leaning so close to my lips that he spoke nearly against them. "I always get what I want eventually. Always." Then he pressed his lips to mine in a light kiss.

- What My Fans Have Taught Me
Let's jump right in as I have much to tell you about this wonderful group of people. They have both made me laugh and been a constant source of inspiration. The amount of joy I get in reading their comments and reviews cannot be expressed. (And believe it or not, I read every single one I'm aware of.) I have some particular favorites, but we won't even get into those right now. It began, as I mentioned before, on Inkitt. Where I quickly built over three million readers thanks to The Pack's Girl. Which is a naughty testament to the underground love for kink. (I'm not judging. Nothing but appreciative, here.) From there a few members directed me to Patreon. I was guided there and then was kindly mentored by a few supportive members who directed me on building tiers and suggested others I could model might site after. They were, essentially, the birth of what I would consider my writing career. I've never taken any criticism or encouragement lightly. Every useful word good or bad from every fan should be noted. I say FAN because those that just pour out negativity or judgement aren't worth noting. Move on. =) For every one that hates your work. There's at least one other that loves it. Keeping doing what you do. Once they helped me built Patreon then some advised me they badly wanted to support me but Patreon didn't take their currency. They asked if I had Wix. I didn't know what that was. I thought it sounded like something that happened when you waved a magical wand. Which, perhaps, wasn't too far off. They're a wonderful site-builder that helped me put something together. People continued telling me what they wanted. They wanted somewhere to buy e-books. I made e-books available for purchase on the site. They wanted to read online, I created a blog format they could buy subscriptions to, and now they want paperbacks. (That's still an ugly work in progress. We won't talk about that yet.) Every step further I have come, I owe to them. I'll remember all their names (as I know them) but I don't want to name them here, in-case they wouldn't appreciate being publicly declared. Lol. I hear many writers say they don't appreciate people who aren't writers telling them what to do. I couldn't disagree more. I owe everything to them. So I would encourage you to hear them out. They'll make you whatever you become. Cheers!

- A Bit of Advice
I was recently asked by someone who followed my work, for some advice. My first thought, Not gonna lie to you, was what writing advice could I offer? I'm still figuring this out. But flattered and happy to help, I told her to shoot. She told me she had quite a large project she'd written but was worried that if she published it on one of the e-reader platforms that someone would steal it. I told her that she had a choice. She could either keep her work close to her and safe and protected forever and no one else would ever get to see it and she'd never get to know how good she really might be. OR she had the opportunity to put it up on a platform and share it with others. I told her that's every author's fear. I reminded her that no matter how careful you are, your work can always be stolen. (Happened to me twice so far.) But without the risk no one will ever se what she poured herself into. She thanked me for the advice and seemed intent on putting the work out there. I don't know if she did or not, as I never heard from her again. So far, at least. But as readily as that advice came to me, I've found myself remembering that every time I am reluctant to put a bit of work somewhere in-case it is stolen. I remind myself I have copyrights and I read contracts carefully and take things slowly...And I take the next step. How could I give that blooming author advice like that but dare chicken out when I have to put my money where my mouth is. =) So I keep plucking on. And I urge any of you that might be out there with the same fears to move outside your comfort zone and see what happens...You never know...
